Terms of Service Welcome to North The Agency. By accessing our website (
norththeagency.com) and hiring our Shopify development and digital design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
Scope of Services: North The Agency provides custom Shopify store setup, e-commerce web design, platform migration, and digital marketing services. The exact scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, content, text, and administrative access required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may impact the agreed-upon project delivery schedule.
Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the custom website design and assets created specifically for the client is transferred to the client. North The Agency retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability: North The Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the developed websites, third-party Shopify apps, or payment gateway interruptions.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
